Hairy Herb Heads

At the moment we are learning about plants and how they grow. This week we made some Hairy Herb Heads. First we all got a tin can. Next we needed to hammer holes in the bottom of tin cans so the water could drain out. It was a bit tricky so we worked together and helped each other. After that we painted the tins with paint to decorate them. The next day, when the paint was dry we filled the tins with soil and planted some grass seeds. Finally we watered the seeds. Now all we need to do is wait for the grass to grow. Check out the photos and videos of us making our Hairy herb Heads. We will keep you posted with how they grow!
